As a recruiter, what can I search in Ask Human?+
You can ask anything, from discovering candidates with specific skills or experience to deeply analyzing profiles, comparing talent, and identifying the best fit for your role. When youre recruiting, Ask Human makes it easy to create job posts, surface the most relevant candidates, save shortlists, and get fast, accurate insights about people on the platform.
How can I create a new company?+
New companies can be created from Recruiter Hub. If you are new to Human, you will see the company creation onboarding page on clicking the Recruiter Hub. If you already have a company created: Click on the Recruiter Hub. On the left sidebar, click on the + icon beside your company name. Click on Add New Company. If you have more than 2 companies, and want to add a 3rd company: Click on the Recruiter Hub tab dropdown. Click on Add New Company.
Can I get all the jobs of my company posted in other website to Human?+
Yes. You can easily do that with our powerful Human AI that scans the web for your open job listings and pulls the essential data. You can then review and instantly post this compiled information, making your roles available to our talent pool.
What shall I do if my company page is already available?+
If you see your company in Human, you can always request to access the page and the super admin or admin will receive your request notification. However, you can always create a company with the same name but the company website needs to be unique to verify the page.
How can I find good talent in Human?+
You can find the best candidates using our powerful Human AI talent search. You can access this feature from the Ask Human page or through the Manage Jobs section in the Recruiter Hub.
What are the different permissions that I can give to the members in my company page?+
You can add users to your company as a super-admin, admin or publisher. There can be multiple super-admins, admins or publishers. Super-admin: Full rights for the company page. Admins: All super admin rights but cannot delete the company page. Publisher: Admin rights but cannot access the payments page related to the company.
How can I invite my colleagues to join the company page in Human?+
You can invite your colleagues to the company page using the Invite Members option in the Company Page tab under Recruiter Hub. The default permission assigned to new members is publisher, but you can always upgrade them to other permissions.
Can I save talent/candidates in Human?+
You can use our Ask Human chat or the Talent Scout section in your Recruiter Hub to discover skilled talent. Select them from your search results and organize them into custom lists. Multiple lists can be created in the Talent Scout section based on different criteria such as candidate location, skills, profiles, etc. to streamline your recruitment process and candidate management.
Where can I manage jobs?+
You can manage all your jobs through the Manage Jobs page in your Recruiter Hub. Here you can view active jobs, drafts, and archived positions.
Where can I manage applied candidates?+
Applied candidates for any job can be reviewed by clicking on the job card in Manage Jobs section under Recruiter Hub. The organize candidates efficiently using different tags for organized and efficient hiring processes.
Where can I create new jobs?+
New jobs can be created from your Recruiter Hub tab. If you are new to Human, you will see the job creation onboarding page after completing the company creation onboarding. If you want to post more jobs, you can do the same from Manage Jobs section under Recruiter Hub.
What is an Active Job?+
Jobs that have been posted and viewed by the talent in Human are Active jobs. All Active jobs can be viewed in the Manage Jobs section under Recruiter Hub.
What are Drafts in Manage Jobs?+
Drafts provide the fastest way to post jobs using existing templates or to save your progress while editing. Active jobs that have been paused are also available under the Drafts section.
How can I copy an existing job template?+
Right-click and copy an active job to generate a template that can be reused. You can also edit the template before posting it as a new job.
Can Human help me write job descriptions?+
Yes. Our Human AI can write job descriptions designed to attract premium talent. Mention the role, key responsibilities, and required skills, etc. and our AI will generate a compelling job description for you.
How long does a closed or deleted job remain in Archive?+
Any job closed or deleted will remain in the Archive section and will not be deleted.
I forgot to assign a bounty to a job before posting it. Can I add a bounty later?+
You cannot change a bounty information for an active job. However, you can always close the active job and add a bounty or copy the active job template to add a bounty and post a new job.
As a Candidate, how do I search for jobs?+
You can search for jobs using our powerful Human AI job search feature in the Ask Human or Job Hunt section.
How does referral work in Human?+
In Human, you can refer your friends or other professionals to any job role from the Job Hunt section. Once you submit a referral, the referred person will receive an email invitation for that specific job or can share a referred link, even if they are not yet on the platform. You can easily track: The jobs youve referred others to. The jobs youve been referred to. Both can be found in the Job Hunt section.
Whom can I refer to a job?+
In Job Hunt under referrals section, you can invite anyone to a job role. Enter their email address or share the referral link for that specific job, even if they are not yet on the Human platform. The referred person will receive the job invite directly in their email.
Can someone refer me to a job?+
Yes. The Human platform allows anyone to refer candidates to a specific job role. You can share the job link with someone, and they can use it to refer you for that role. If a bounty is associated with the job, the referrer becomes eligible to earn the bounty upon a successful hire.
Can I upload and save resumes to Human?+
Human allows you to upload and store up to 4 resumes in your profile. You can access them under View Profile.
What is the format and size of resume that I can upload?+
Resumes can be uploaded in .pdf, .jpg, or .docx formats, with a maximum file size of 10 MB.
For recruiters, how does Human enhance the job application process?+
Human AI crafts tailored, high-performing job descriptions designed to attract the best talent. Once candidates apply, Human automatically generates personalized screening questions called Boost based on each role and profile, making candidate assessment effortless and consistent. Beyond applications, Human helps to discover unlimited talent across our platform, by skills, experience, location, etc. Human AI then evaluates each profile and assigns a fit score, helping you quickly identify the most promising candidates with confidence.
For recruiters, can Human analyze the right candidates for my job?+
Human AI analyzes candidates against job requirements and provides a percentage match score based on their profiles. The Boost questions offer additional insights to help you assess candidate suitability more effectively.
What is Boost for job applications?+
Boost is an advanced feature in Human that empowers recruiters to identify the most suitable candidates for any job role. By analyzing the candidates profile and the job description, Human intelligently generates context-specific questions tailored to both. This helps recruiters assess each candidates fit and capabilities with greater precision and confidence.
What kind of questions are being asked in Boost?+
Boost generates questions that are tailored to both the candidates profile and the job description. These questions focus on assessing relevant skills, experience, and role-specific capabilities. The goal is to help recruiters evaluate how well a candidate aligns with the job requirements.
As a recruiter, do I need to add a bounty for all jobs?+
Bounties are completely optional. Their only function is to incentivize our talent to referrals, helping you source well-suited candidates through their trusted professional connections. However, you cannot edit an active job and add a bounty. We suggest you to close the active job and add a bounty or copy the active job template to add a bounty and post.
What payment methods are accepted in Human?+
Currently, Human supports only Stripe which is our trusted payment partner. You can add credit or debit card through Stripe.
How does Human charge for each job posting?+
Human charge only upon successful candidate placement based on the candidate's annual gross salary. Both candidate and recruiter needs to complete the hiring for each job post and confirm the gross salary. Below is the fee structure for different salary range: $1 to $100k: We charge $500, Candidate gets $250. $100k to $150k: We charge $750, Candidate gets $375. $150k to $200k: We charge $1000, Candidate gets $500. $200k to $250k: We charge $2000, Candidate gets $750. $250k to $300k: We charge $3000, Candidate gets $1200. $300k to $350k: We charge $3500, Candidate gets $1500. $400k+: We charge $4000, Candidate gets $2000.
What is the bounty payment structure in Human?+
When a referred candidate is successfully hired, the bounty amount is distributed as follows: $1 to $5k: We keep 30%, Referrer gets 70%. $5k to $10k: We keep 25%, Referrer gets 75%. $10k+: We keep 20%, Referrer gets 80%.
What is Human refund policy?+
Human only charges if a candidate is hired successfully. If you have any queries regarding a payment, you can always reach out to support@meetthehuman.com.
Is my payment information secure in Human?+
Human does not collect, process, or store any payment information directly. Instead, we trust Stripe, our certified payment partner, to handle all payment processing with full compliance to financial regulations and data protection laws across different regions.
Can I add multiple companies under one payment method?+
Our billing system maintains clear separation between companies. Recruiters representing multiple organizations are required to establish separate billing information for each company. For each company, you can add only one payment method.
Can everyone in my company access the billing information?+
Only super admins and admins of your company in the Human platform can access the billing details.
How do I dispute a payment?+
You can reach out directly to support@meetthehuman.com for assistance with any payment issues or questions.
How can I change password?+
Your password can be changed in the Settings page.
How can I deactivate my account?+
You can deactivate your account from the Settings page by clicking on your profile. Deactivating your account temporarily disables it, making your profile and activity invisible to others while keeping your data saved. You can reactivate your account anytime by logging back in, restoring full access without losing your information.
Where can I find Human Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions?+
You can find our Human Privacy Polices and Terms of Service in the Settings page by clicking on your profile.
